Should we be out of stock on an item, we will send you an email immediately with a new ship date or possible substitution. Our items due sell out at times,  due to our online fundraisers and E-parties, however, we will do our best to substitute or offer a new ship date.

Return Policy:

We stand behind our products 100%.  Please email or call us (508.790.2499) upon receipt should you have a problem with your bella of Cape Cod purchase. We inspect all items before we ship them, however, we will replace any defective merchandise returned in its original packaging within fourteen days. We offer online voucher store credits, no cash refunds are given for online or instore purchases.

bella of Cape Cod ships all packages Priority Mail via USPS.  Our eparty orders are shipped USPS first class mail unless otherwise requested.

It is the responsibility of the eparty guest to redeem the voucher at checkout.  Any errors in free shipping vouchers are the responsibility of the guest.  bella cannot refund shipping charges.  Please be sure to hit the recalculate button.
